Major Denise Smith
Born in south Florida, after the completion of high school, Major Smith went into the arm forces and served as a military police officer, Major Smith obtained a B.S in social services. After serving her country, Major Smith did some soul searching, found her purpose in life, and started working with troubled youth in 1993. Major Smith worked with troubled youth in various capacities; such as, mental health counselor, behavioral specialist, and addictions counselor.
Around 2000, major smith started working with military behavioral modification programs, this is where she found her nitch, changing lives and being able to use her military background to do so. After realizing this is why GOD created her, Major Smith took this profession one step further and went back though the u.s army military police school and became a certified drill instructor.
Currently Major is one of the top directors of a youth organization, JAM Youth Connection, inc. this company provides various behavior modification
programs for youth utilizing the military structure and regimen, as it’s core. Major Smith and JAM Youth Connection are known though out South Florida
for their hard work, and non-stop efforts in turning youth’s lives around.
