Elite Leadership Military Academy (Ages 08-15)
Elite Leadership Military Academy believes success is more a journey than a destination. Success is achieved one day at a time by participating in a broad range of activities. Today’s experiences become the foundation of tomorrow’s successes. We encourage our Cadet Cadets to be involved, to accept challenges and to strive for excellence. We teach our young people that success in life is living it to the fullest.
Mission:
The mission of Elite Leadership Military Academy, is to provide an educational environment which stimulates curiosity, fosters scholarly competence encourages academic excellence, rewards self-discipline, and develops leadership potential through cadets involved educational process. The military dimension seeks to add a set of values which can be applied throughout life, including a work ethic, a sense of responsibility, integrity, morality, all of which are intended to instill and preserve shared beliefs in the principles that have made our society and our country great.
Admission Procedure:
Elite Leadership Military Academy accepts cadets for grades 3rd through 10th. Cadets are accepted on their need for small classes and individual attention. It is the policy of Elite Leadership Military Academy to review and act on applications for admission a nondiscriminatory basis without regard to race, creed, national origin, or sex. Elite does not discriminate in admission or access to its programs or activities as long as the prospective Cadet can, with minor adjustments, be provided an appropriate education with the Elite Leadership Academy program.
Academic Program:
Elite Leadership Military Academy Academic Program provides all cadets with the necessary academic and intellectual tools to succeed in life. The faculty and staff develop a cadet with a perspective of the world that enables him/her to be an ambassador of compassion, selflessness and goodwill. With this balanced perspective, cadets can be future community leaders and productive citizens. The faculty and staff are dedicated to excellence in all that they do and strive to create the school of choice within the community. The faculty and staff provide a dynamic curriculum that prepares our cadets for a successful college experience. The faculty provides structured, challenging and innovative instruction that exceeds the norms. Lastly, the faculty and staff expose cadets to leadership challenges in academic and community settings designed to evoke their full potential.
Class Size:
Class size at the Academy usually ranges from 12 -18 Cadets. These small classes allow the teacher to provide individualized attention to each Cadet, greater classroom control, and closer scrutiny and accountability of homework assignments.
Military Advantage:
Although excellent academic instruction and college preparation are the Academy’s objectives, it is the military structure and disciplines that make cadets successful and sets Elite Leadership Academy apart from other school environments. Military setting eliminates distractions, improves personal accountability and enables cadets to establish and focus on their future goals. The military Program in concert with the Leadership program, develops informed citizens, strengthens character by teaching discipline and develops an understanding of the responsibilities of citizenship. The drill instructor doles out a health dose of praise as well as speedy punishment when necessary. He/she is a surrogate-parent and role model, disciplinarian and mentor communicator and motivator. The drill instructor is the adult cadets’ look to for daily guidance, leadership and instruction. The cadets have the opportunity to earn leadership positions and actually develop their character, these positions help cadets acquires more self-confidence, improved people-skills, and time management skills. Once a cadet has established that he/she can care for him/herself, he/she may be afforded the chance to care for his/her peers as well. When a cadet achieves good grades, demonstrates maturity, respect, beings to develop good decision making skills by showing that he/she is a positive influence on others he/she may move up in position, take on more responsibility and gain privileges.

Academy Tuition:
10,000 per year * Elite accepts: The John McKay Scholarship*
Uniforms:
Uniforms are required to be warn by all cadets. A fee of $320 will cover initial uniforms. Any additional uniforms will be available at a discount price at the Academy office. Weekly laundry service is available.
Meals:
Nutritional meals are provided by the school for an additional $15.00 per week. Academy also, participates in the national free lunch program.
Medical:
All Cadets must have a complete medical examination and immunization report prior to acceptance.
Transportation:
Transportation is available from a private company. Service fees vary between companies and the distance of your residence and/or bus stops.
